Abstract. – A new species of Tetraserica Ahrens, 2004 (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae: Sericini) is described from Thailand: Tetraserica takakuwai sp. nov. The male genitalia of the new species are illustrated and diagnostic characters to related species are given.
